Furthermore, keyword searching does not work when you’re looking for files that do not contain text (as images, videos, graphics files, 3D files, archives, proprietary file formats). These characteristics can be virtually unlimited also, the search can be refined while you are looking for the file. Tabbles 5 helps you find files according to the characteristics of the file as you (or someone else) assigned them. While keyword-based searches can be pretty efficient if you remember the name of the file, they are less efficient if you only remember a keyword: the more common the keyword is in the data you are searching (the hard-disk of your pc or your office’s local network), the less efficient will the search software be. Many software packages (including modern operative systems) allow users to perform keyword-based searches. ![]() ![]() It even tells you what drive you to need to connect, in case the file is archived on a disconnected drive. Tabbles 5 allows you to combine tags with a few mouse clicks, immediately finding the file, regardless of what folder or disk it is stored on. Tabbles© 5 is a way to find files, emails, and Internet bookmarks, when you don’t remember where they are, but only what they are about. ![]()
